DESCRIPTION
Models VOM 2530 & VOM 2540
The Visual models Vom 2530 and 2540 are PLC controlled vacuum formers for low to high volume output of deep draw plastic products using vacuum and plug assist. The systems deliver quality product for all major polymers.

• Inflate feature prestretches the material evenly before being drawn into and/or over the mold.
• Plug assistance: A specifically shaped plug is pushed down on the sheet, pressing the material almost entirely in place before the vacuum is applied.
• Water cooled mold platen.
• High speed cooling fans.
• Dual vacuum system for continuous uninterrupted vacuum flow with each cycle.
• Positive/Negative forming capacity.
• Sheet Cut-Off: A traveling guillotine will cut, grip, and deliver formed sheet out of machine.
• Complete automatic cycle for rollstock material and semi-automatic cycle for sheet fed material
• Minimal maintenance.
• Low operating costs. The thermoformer can run continuously while one operator (operating a Visual Roller or Hydraulic Press at delivery end of VOM) can die cut the machine's production easily.
• Forming area: Easily adjustable width and length without the requirement for vacuum boxes.
• Heating System: Utilizes radiant panel heating system for MAXIMUM heat penetration, proportionally zoned and controlled with energy regulators.
