DESCRIPTION Models PVE35 & PVE65 The Visual models PVE35 and PVE65 are PLC controlled inline thermoformers for average to high production runs using pressure and vacuum. The systems deliver quality product from all major polymers. FEATURES Rugged construction Self-Loading Coil Support which allows loading of large diameter and heavy weight coils without the need for lift trucks, spindles or self centering cones. The machine's controls are placed in a cabinet close to, yet separate from, the structure and allows operator to perform all the operations and motions, both in automatic and manual mode. Fully retractable top and bottom infrared ceramic heating system. Digital auto-tuning heat controllers. Adjustable chain rails with cooling system. Brushless servomotor film index system to ensure high speed and precision. Automatic lubrication of all major components from one central location. Heavy duty two post single-point toggle operated forming presses with powered adjustment. Four post hydraulic trim press with two mobile platens, which includes mechanical limit stop for die cut protection and powered adjustment. Automatic finished parts stacking system. Automatic powered extracting device; transfers stacked parts onto an easily accessible removing platform. Automatic steady draw scrap winder.
