DESCRIPTION
The manual vacuum
forming series are a self-contained machine, which does not require
compressed air. This series is a wonderful tool for sampling blisters
and trays.
OPERATION
The standard machines features manual
clamping of material, manual On / Off heater switch and foot
operated vacuum on sequence. Material is placed in the clamp frame,
which is then closed and locked, the frame with the material is then
placed over the heating station. The heater is then switched to On
position. Once heated material is ready the frame is manually transferred
over the mold and vacuum is applied by foot switch. The finished part
may be cooled by compressed air if available. The frame is opened and
the finished part may then be removed, and process repeated.
