AND DESCRIPTION
The Model ES1-1418 table top, single shuttle heat sealer and Model ES2-1418
self standing dual shuttle heat sealer with automatic seal cycle, are
designed for low to medium production requirements, where space and
size is a consideration. These quality engineered budget friendly shuttle
type heat sealing machines are ideal for start up projects, back up
equipment or multi-cell plant layouts. These units are a one (1) or
two (2) operator shuttle type sealers which utilizes low cost, quick
change seal tool(s) and is typically used for standard blister applications.
OPERATION
The operator(s) loads the blister(s) product and card(s) into the seal
tool, which is then slid into the machine, operator depresses the cycle
START button to initiate the timer controlled automatic cycle, the tool
is then pulled back. While one (1) operator is unloading and reloading
for the next cycle, the second operator (when ready) can slide tool
into the machine and depresses the cycle START button to cycle machine.
The process is repeated after each cycle is completed.
