FEATURES
AND DESCRIPTION
The Model EM2 is a two-station manual rotary heat sealer with automatic
cycle. Designed for low to medium production requirements where space
and size is a consideration. This unit is a one (1) operator rotary-type
sealer which utilizes low cost, quick change seal tools and is typically
used for standard carded blister applications. It can also be used for
applications utilizing Tyvek, foil, and pre-cut laminated film lidstock.
Operator safety platen guard is standard on every machine.
OPERATION
The operator loads the blister(s) product and card(s) onto the seal
tool, which is then manually rotated 180° with accurate stop. The
two (2) hand START buttons are depressed to initiate the
timer controlled automatic cycle. While machine is sealing, the operator
removes the finished sealed package(s) from exposed tool, reloads with
new blister(s) product and card(s) and repeats process.
