FEATURES
AND DESCRIPTION
The Model DS6C-1214 is a six station rotary-type heat sealer designed
for low to medium volume production requirements. This unit is typically
used for conventional carded blisters, but can also be used for applications
utilizing Tyvek, foils and precut laminated film lidstock. The standard
machine features one seal station, and five load/unloading stations.
OPERATION
An accurate moderate speed, cam drive indexer is used for precision
repeatability and is time controlled to pace the operator(s), who load
the blister(s), product and card(s) into the seal tools, as they index
past their loading stations. The machine can also run single cycle(s)
by having operator(s) depress cycle start button when ready to start
each new cycle. Sealing is automatic and controlled by a seal timer.
