Skin Packaging Semi Automatic CT-R Series

FEATURES AND DESCRIPTION The CT-R Series skin packaging machines designed to meet medium to higher volume production requirements. They incorporate an automatic retractable radiant panel heating system, controlled by digital temperature controller(s) for precise heat distribution. The radiant panel heating system increases film-heating cycle by approximately 70 % over stationary on/off system. The CT-R Series offers all of the benefits of the CT Series, plus added versatility. An optional blister forming cycle can be integrated into the machine(s). These units are also available in different standard sizes and also custom sizes. OPERATION
The operator places the master card on the machine bed, loads product and depresses the cycle start button to initiate the automatic skin cycle. At the end of cycle, operator removes the finished card and repeats the process. With the optional automatic in-feed and out-feed systems, a completely different operation takes place: the operator loads card(s) onto the in-feed conveyer (available in I -Station, 2-Station and 3-Station) which automatically indexes through the product loading station(s) then automatically enters the skin pack area, where skin packaging takes place. The gripper system then removes the finished card from the skin station to the out-feed table. The skin packaged card is now ready for die cutting on Visual's RT Series or VT Series.
